Head of Compliance Monitoring We are currently looking for a Head of Compliance Monitoring, to lead the team planning, managing, and maintaining the EASA and IOSA compliance program for all of SAS, ensuring effective oversight, and verification of operational safety, security and quality standards. The role will report directly to Head of Central Safety, Security and Compliance and be part of that leadership team. Challenges you will work on: You will be working closely with Compliance Monitoring Managers in all parts of SAS to effectively communicate audit results, compliance status, and corrective action needs. You will liaise with IOSA auditors and other external partners to ensure audit compliance and maintain SAS’ position on the IOSA registry, and ensure that findings, trends, and action plans are clearly documented and communicated to relevant internal and external stakeholders. - Leading a team of 15–20 dedicated auditors. - Provide scheduled and ad hoc auditing services to all of SAS. - Liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across SAS to ensure the effective interfacing and implementation of Safety, Security and Compliance activities, including standards assura...
