Part time Academic Instructor (HNU 425) Department of Human Nutrition, Faculty of Science Position Description: The Department of Human Nutrition invites applications for a part-time Academic Instructor to teach HNU 425 (Nutrition in Aging) (3 credits) during the winter term of the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is subject to final budgetary approval. This course will be taught in-person and will focus on nutritional concerns and dietary recommendations for the older adult population. We seek applicants with an advanced degree in Human Nutrition, or in a related field such as Health Sciences. The successful applicant will demonstrate a record of effective teaching, possess strong communication skills, and show a commitment to supporting and advancing the university’s goals related to equity, diversity, and inclusion. About the Department: The Department offers a four-year program leading to a BSc in Human Nutrition and BSc in Human Nutrition Honours degrees and has an Integrated Dietetic Internship Program.
