Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate:Carpet Tech - Lubbock, TXThe CT Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brands across all platforms. This individual will work directly with the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for building and maintaining nearly all company-related graphics. This is not a production-only role. We are looking for someone who combines technical mastery with a refined design eye, someone who can absorb our established branding and help elevate and expand it across multiple divisions. Our brands include Carpet Tech, CT Restoration, CT Specialty Flooring, Bug Tech, CT Customs, CT Air, and additional affiliated ventures. Consistency, clarity, and quality are non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce print collateral, including brochures, rack cards, door hangers, job folders, signage, trade show materials, and direct mail pieces Create and maintain website graphics, landing page visuals, and assist with website form updates Develop and refine logos, brand marks, and supporting visual identity systems Design vehicle wraps and coordinate files for production Build promotional produc...
