Job Description: What will you contribute?: As part of Finastra’s AI COE, we are seeking Engineering Leads to oversee engineering pods to successfully embed AI capabilities into customer service AI products. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables as an Engineering Lead will include, but are not limited to, the following: - Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team including front-end, back-end, AI engineers, and DevOps specialists - Partner closely with the Customer Service AI Product Owner to translate product vision and requirements into technical solutions - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled features for customer service AI products (e.g. chatbots, troubleshooting, and automated ticketing solutions, etc) - Establish engineering standards, best practices, and qual...
