NA Care is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our Danvers/ Woburn leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture. Location: VNA Care, 100 Trade Center, Woburn MA 01801 Schedule: 3 Days on site in the Woburn office: 8a-4:30p and 2 Days Remote: 8a-4:30p Experience: Education: - Home care experience. - 3 years clinical experience - 1 year of leadership experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation - Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts - Experience working with a union clinical team preferred - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, from an accredited program - Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts - BLS certification pr...
