Division Name: Academic Affairs College/Unit: College of Business Department: Department of Management Campus Location: Normal, IL Job Summary: The Department Chairperson represents a dynamic and diverse faculty, advocates for the department, works with an advisory board of business professionals, recruits students and faculty, and manages department resources, including fundraising. The Department currently includes 34 tenured/tenure-track faculty, instructional assistant professors and staff, and the Chairperson supports a culture that values shared governance, inclusion, and balance between effective instruction and scholarly research. The Department of Management is one of four departments in the College of Business, along with Accounting; Finance, Insurance and Law; and Marketing. AACSB International accredits the institution in both Accounting and Business. In 2025, the college enrolled approximately 3,952 undergraduates and 278 master’s degree students, and the enrollment in the Department was 1,337 students.
