Job Description: We are seeking a mid-senior level corporate associate with four - six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group, in any of our Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington D.C. offices. Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, as well as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow-on offerings.
