A Brief Overview: This person is responsible for managing the referral processing/scheduling for the clinic and infusion services, answering the phone, and completing the check in/check out process for the clinic. Services provided by the Scheduling Specialist II will include but not limited to completing clinic registration check-in/check-out, managing the whole process with incoming clinic referrals and scheduling, managing the whole process with incoming infusion clinical referrals and scheduling, and answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate staff members when applicable. The Scheduling Specialist II will provide care utilizing established principles and ethical standards as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess. What you will do: - Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers with strong communication - Utilizes AIDET and other customer service processes to ensure quality services - Answers phone with appropriate phone etiquette.
