In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for all building operations, managing daily activities related to asset and facility upkeep. Your responsibilities will include overseeing ordering, inventory management, and vendor relationships while ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems such as air handlers, HVAC, MEP, and other general building infrastructure.
