Description As a Landscape Foreman, you will oversee and manage our crew in the execution of various landscaping projects. You will be responsible for on-site day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead and direct a crew of landscape workers in the installation of plants, trees, sod, and other landscaping materials. - Ability to safely maneuver crew members, tools, and materials to and from job sites by driving a company vehicle and pulling a trailer up to 17 ft long. - Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications. - Schedule and delegate tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient workflow and deadline adherence. - Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety protocols and proper use of equipment. - Conduct routine quality checks and ensure projects meet client expectations. - Order and manage materials and supplies to keep projects on track. - Maintain accurate records of labor hours and materials used. - Perform some hands-on landscaping tasks as needed....
