Associate, Procurement Customer Service

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate will be primarily responsible for providing prompt, thorough responses to customer inquiries and assist in the facilitation of support to service offices related to purchasing and their operations. This role will learn about the organization and assist in supplier relationships, supply transactions, preparing reports, spend analysis, presentations, and administrative and project support to the Procurement team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability. - Four (4) year college degree. - Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills. - Solid written and verbal communication skills. - Strong sense of professionalism and discretion. - Preferred knowledge of basic supply chain management. - Understands and connects with the BAYADA Home Health Care culture. - Able to problem-solve and identify effective solutions.
