Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions: Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Office DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance & Spare Parts Coordinator plays a key role within the Engineering and Maintenance team and is responsible to ensure all preventative and corrective maintenance on site is planned, scheduled, and booked ahead of time while maintaining adherence required maintenance frequencies, and site policies and procedures. The Assistant Planner will oversee the spare parts inventory system, ensuring critical parts are available on site wherever possible to minimise downtime during equipment breakdowns and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor spare parts stock levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels while avoiding overstocking or shortages. - Support the development and maintenance of critical spare parts lists for key equipment, utilities, and facilities, informed by Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and equipment reliability investigations. - Coordinate the procurement and ordering of spare parts and maintenance materials, and track delivery timelines to ensure timely avail...
