Your mission Hello there and a warm welcome to Sungrow! We have an exciting internship opportunity for you to explore — supporting our Service team in Amsterdam. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive in: - Assist Service Engineers and partners in daily troubleshooting and technical issue resolution. - Document recurring problems and summarize solution processes to improve service efficiency. - Communicate with customers to gather documentation and support ESS commissioning planning. - Monitor plant performance and report on problematic sites to enable timely corrective actions. Therefore, it would be great if you have the following personal background: - You are currently pursuing or a degree in Electrical or Power Engineering. - You have a strong interest in renewable energy and a willingness to learn and grow. - You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently. - You have solid English skills (C1), enabling you to read technical documentation and communicate professionally. - Dutch and Chinese skills are considered a plus.
