Description MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an apartment Maintenance Technician to fill an immediate opening at Van Allen Apartments and Homeroom Lofts in Rensselaer, NY. The qualified candidate will have at least two years of related experience, including assessing and making repairs from work orders, apartment turnovers, painting, cleaning, maintaining property grounds, and snow removal. Critical components of this position are the ability to work on-call, execute high-quality work with attention to detail, and a genuine interest in serving the client, residents, and fellow employees.
