We are seeking an experienced servicing leader to manage day-to-day and strategic oversight of our Freddie Mac multifamily portfolio. This role ensures full compliance with the Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer Guide, drives superior borrower service, and proactively manages complex loans across a growing portfolio. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Freddie Mac servicing expertise, strong process discipline, and a track record of building high-performing teams. The position is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain end-to-end compliance with the Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide and related servicing standards, policies, and timelines; establish and maintain internal SOPs and controls. - Monitor, administer, or refer borrower requests to the appropriate Servicing functional business unit or outside party upon review of the applicable loan documents and service agreements - Partner with Asset Management, Originations, Credit, Legal, and Accounting to align servicing strategies with portfolio objectives; present portfolio performance to leadership. - Read and interpret loan documents when presented with questions and issues related to...
