The Opportunity: As a dedicated Director of Business Strategy and Planning, you will be accountable for leading a team of strategic planning professionals that execute initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support of business strategy development. Works closely with Executive Management to create, communicate, execute and sustain the strategic business plan that are aligned with USAA Strategy and the Transformation Plan. Provides insight to industry best practices and competitive analysis to support business plan. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week.
