This role provides critical leadership support in programs, acting as interim Facility Administrator for programs as assigned. This role has influence across the entire residential network and supports increasing the confidence, engagement and skillsets of staff members across the department. This position is seen as a leadership role and is responsible for modeling exceptional collaboration and communication skills and supporting a culture of excellence within the agency.
