Drilling Vibration & Reliability Analyst Division: Engineering: POSITION OVERVIEW: The Conditional Monitoring Vibration Analyst is responsible for reviewing critical equipment health using vibration analysis and complimentary techniques (ultrasound, thermography, oil analysis). The Vibration Analyst will provide recommendations and collaborate closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to prevent unplanned downtime, optimize inspection intervals, and extend asset life. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Review of critical asset conditions through operational, vibration, and ancillary data. - Assist Rig Operations with maintenance and installations of conditional monitoring hardware and sensors. - Collaborate with multiple departments to support equipment maintenance and inspections. - Provide clear diagnostic reports with supporting evidence, severity, and actionable recommendations. - Lead/ participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for relevant equipment. - Assist in optimizing alarms and thresholds of equipment health states for Field Teams. - Assist in developments of Conditional Monitoring Program (additional hardware, software changes).
