Team Manager, Data Quality Location: US - Remote: Position Summary: Working remotely, the Team Manager, Data Quality builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and partners while collaborating with school staff and the technology team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of student and staff data for state and federal Department of Education submissions and to support other Pearson Virtual School (PVS) departments. A key aspect of the role is managing a team responsible for producing compliant, high-quality data sets that help maintain funding eligibility. The Team Manager leads major departmental projects as well as recurring student and staff reporting, including data that supports state reporting and customer invoicing across multiple states. The role also prepares ad hoc reports for external audiences, often on short timelines. The ideal candidate brings experience with K-12 reporting requirements and strong skills in data manipulation, report development, and importing/exporting data across applications.
