Job description

$1000 sign on bonus for new hires! A non-exempt medical office position responsible for providing direct nursing care in a medical office setting under the direction of a physician, assists medical providers, and maintains a clean and safe environment in accordance with the policies and procedures of the practice. Position will also assist in ensuring optimal efficiency in clinical process. Education : High school diploma/GED required with completion of Medical Assisting Program or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program. - Adheres to Tenet Physician Resources' mission, philosophy, policies, and Corporate Compliance Program. - Complies with the HIPAA Compliance Plan, Privacy Standards, and personal protective equipment requirements. - Monitors patient flow, performs phone triage, and adjusts assignments to maintain efficiency. - Manages inventory of clinical supplies, vaccine logs, and medical equipment maintenance. - Trains employees on office processes, systems, and new clinic procedures. - Assesses patient needs by taking vitals, history, and physical/mental status. - Completes all required medical record documentation...
