Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the Silver Springs, NV area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: - Use equipment such as mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, and reel trailers - Perform duties of installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of Telecommunications outside plant including fiber, copper and coax - Review blueprints or other plans to determine where and how to place plants - Analyze job locations for utility lines, permitting, and traffic control to complete construction activities without quality defects, safety incidents or any type of property damage - Read and understand utility locations and above ground indicators to ensure the safety of the crew and a high level of productivity - Complete daily inspections and reporting of maintenance issues on vehicles, trailers, and equipment - Perform service, safety checks, che...
