Position Summary: Responsible for the development and implementation of electric revenue analysis policies and strategies in each of Xcel Energy's jurisdictions (retail and wholesale). Direct the competitive focus and strategic direction of the Revenue Analysis unit to maintain reasonable returns, meet cost recovery objectives, satisfy customers, adapt to a changing market place and comply with regulatory requirements. Oversee the Rate Information System (RIS) to ensure the cost of service, annual reports, rider mechanisms, and other strategic analysis is complete andaccurate for rate making, compliance reporting, and executive planning. Essential Responsibilities: - Anticipate, develop and ensure effective implementation of revenue analysis strategies that meet the need of Xcel's business units.
