Responsibilities / Tasks: GEA Global IT is strengthening its IT On-Site Services capability to ensure reliable, business-aligned IT operations across production and office locations. As a Senior IT Support Engineer – On-Site Services , you will act as the local IT On-Site Services Consultant for assigned UK sites, ensuring stable day-to-day IT operations while coordinating closely with the Service Desk, central IT teams and external service providers. This role combines hands-on technical support with stakeholder engagement , requiring a structured and service-oriented IT professional who can represent Global IT effectively at a local level.
