Job Title: Registered Nurse - AIR Linden Oaks Department: Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology: Location: AIR Linden Oaks (10 Hagen Drive Suite 330 Rochester, NY 14625) Hours Per Week: 40: SUMMARY: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’re the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. OUR Department: Rochester Regional Health's AIR team approaches chronic allergy, asthma, immunology, and rheumatology challenges with thorough, individualized care plans. No two AIR concerns are the same, so we carefully craft treatment plans based on your health and symptoms. Our team of experienced and compassionate providers offer their expertise to children and adults throughout Western NY. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care - Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient)....
