We are looking for a Prep Cook to join our amazing team! This position is a true Tournant and will require morning and evening availability. Primarily this position will focus on full scale preparation and menu(s) mise en place needs, full line shifts are also prerequisite. Additional requirements: proficient knife skills, to include protein fabrication, familiarity with classical mother sauces and derivatives, understanding of multiple cooking techniques and food safety. Full and Part Time: The Prep Cook will be responsible for supporting kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with basic food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring that food storage areas are clean and organized.
