We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our esteemed culinary team within our casino’s food and beverage department. QualificationsPosition Summary: Under direct supervision of the Sous Chef, maintains the highest standards of cleanliness of all kitchen food preparation utensils, counters, containers, serving, cooking equipment, and common areas. Precisely follows recipes and instructions regarding food preparation, presentation, and storage. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Consistently maintains the highest standards of cleanliness of all food preparation, including utensils, counters, and common areas in the kitchen. - Follows recipes utilizing standard recipes when preparing each product. - Ensures production of prep items, checks prep list, and inventory on hand vs. projected needs to determine what items are needed for the day. - Ensures product rotation i.e. check walk-ins, shelves and new product received daily. - Ensures that old and new prepped and un-preppe...
