Business Analyst Department: Finance: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Shoreditch, London: Reporting To: Shaan Dalwadi: Compensation: £60,000 - £80,000 / year Description: We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider. This is one of the first hires into our Data & AI Team. You'll be the bridge between the technical team and the rest of the business — embedding with departments to understand how they work, identifying where AI and automation can have the highest impact, and ensuring new capabilities are actually adopted. You won't be writing requirements documents from a desk. You'll be sitting with heads of departments understanding how invoice reconciliation actually happens, mapping a payroll process end-to-end with the People team, or running an AI upskilling session with nursery managers. The role is hands-on, outward-facing, and varied.
