E&A Senior Project Manager - ( 26003118 ) Description Iowa Health Care department of Capital Management seeks to hire an E & A Senior Project Manager. T he Senior Project Manager is responsible overseeing the construction project development process from planning/programming through occupancy. This individual should possess strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt quickly, make sound decisions, and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Success in this role requires demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards. The position will provide leadership and strategically manage risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of work is conducted to meet the schedule, budget and quality standards. The primary focus of the position is act as the voice of the Owner on assigned health care construction projects.
