Production Supervisor- Cleansing Bar & Chocolate Operations

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing all manufacturing and packaging operations across cleansing bar (Phact) and chocolate production lines, including raw material dispensing, mixing, forming, processing, and packaging. Ensures employee safety, product quality, and achievement of daily production targets across all process stages. Operates in compliance with established standard operating procedures, cGMP requirements, and food safety standards. Provides direct supervision, coaching, and technical guidance to operators while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with leadership to optimize performance in a multi-line manufacturing environment. Requirements: MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supervisory role (food, chocolate, dietary supplements or personal care products preferred) - Experience supervising multi-stage manufacturing processes (dispensing, mixing, forming, packaging) - Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing - Str...
