Your Impact: - You provide strategic leadership for and lead the execution of complex, global electronics, software, and system integration programs within AGCO’s Electronic Functional Group (EFG) - You act as the senior authority for EFG project prioritization, sequencing and resource alignment, ensuring predictable delivery on scope, timeline, quality, and dependencies - You drive disciplined project execution through robust planning, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and timely escalation of critical risks and trade-offs - You partner closely with the Engineering PMO to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, portfolio transparency, and governance while retaining EFG ownership of delivery decisions - You promote technical and delivery excellence by enabling end-to-end collaboration across engineering disciplines and driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices - You serve as local disciplinary Manager and l...
