Title: Workforce Development/Campus Coordinator Employee Classification: Executive/Admin & Managerial: Institution: TCAT-Jackson: Department: Student Services: Campus Location: TCAT Jackson: Job Summary: - Assess the training needs of businesses and develop and implement workforce development and special industry training programs and services in collaboration with business and industry partners. - Develop and maintain relationships with business and industry partners. Provide ongoing support to businesses and their employees. - Secure funding for workforce development and special industry training initiatives and apprenticeships. - Manage the OJT tracking tool in current and future apprenticeship programs. - Stay up to date on the latest workforce development trends and best practices. - Prepare and present reports to senior administration on the success of workforce development and special industry training programs and services. - Establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with students, prospective students, faculty, other staff, governmental entities, and the public that further the college’s workforce development mission. - In partnership with the Vi...
