Overview WellBiz Brands is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sr. Manager, Real Estate & Construction to provide project management and construction support for all new and existing locations across the WellBiz Brand portfolio. This person will be responsible for guiding franchise owners through the site development process, which includes working with vendors, supporting the architectural and permitting process, reviewing construction drawings, sign renderings, general contractor schedules, and bids, vendor quotes, site photos, and managing project files and other administrative tasks. They will work cross-functionally and ensure each location is built to brand standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting the touchpoints within the Development process through online systems, process and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Systems Administration, project management and cross functional collaboration.
