"The GBT" is a high-volume powerhouse. We serve hundreds of meals a day to locals and holidaymakers, and we need a leader who can run our bistro and outdoor terrace like a well-oiled machine. This is the perfect role for a Restaurant Manager who wants to transition into the hotel industry, or a traditional AM who specializes in high-turnover F&B.
