Job Purpose: GOAL is hiring for an experienced Donor Engagement Coordinator on a 12-month FTC (maternity cover role). This is a key position within our small, high-impact development team supporting GOAL’s engagement with institutional donors across Europe, with a core focus on the European Commission (EC) and European Union (EU). You will play a central role in securing and managing funding from government and multilateral donors, while working closely with country teams and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
