Job Description Summary As the Lead Process Engineer for Shaped Tube Electrolytic Machining (STEM), you will be the process owner responsible for leading STEM roadmap actions, qualifying and optimizing processes, and sustaining high-yield, safe, and cost-effective ECM/STEM production. You will work closely with senior engineers and lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution. As well as, mentor engineers/technicians, driving safety and quality compliance, to deliver measurable improvements in capability, throughput, and cost.
