The Casino Host’s primary objectives are to convert first time players to repeat visitors, minimize attrition of our high-end segment, retain existing player base at current or higher gaming levels as well as building and maintaining relationships with our players to ensure that Legends Bay Casino captures the largest share possible of their gaming activity. Job Requirements: Provide consistent, prompt, and courteous guest service. Establish and maintain influential business relationships with the premium player base through timely and personal communication. MC casino events, drawings, VIP events, parties and celebrate winners on the floor. Ensure all guests receive their full comp worth value when requested and arrange their requests in a timely manner.
