Job description

Shift: 3PM-11:30PM and 11:00PM- 7:30AM with Rotating Days Off General Purpose: Relief days off for Table Operator, Brine Operator and RMC Operator Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Complete all Table Operator duties and responsibilities - Complete all Cooker/RMC Operator duties and responsibilities - Complete all Loader Operator duties and responsibilities - Prepare each vat according to recipe - Monitor curd pH's and add ingredients as needed - Adjust cheese cook temperatures as needed for different recipes - Mold cheese to proper weight and shape - Submit sample for lab testing - Take representative samples of vats to the lab for testing - Maintain good vat separation - Monitor the flow of incoming and outgoing cheese - Clean brine filters every 2 hours - Complete production logs accurately - Change RMC molds safely - Clean and CIP the Cooker as needed - Clean and CIP the Tables as needed - Assist the CIP crew as needed - Maintain work area up to 5S standards - Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues - Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same con...
