Job Summary Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager – Corporate Training & Development, this position is responsible for designing, implementing, and auditing Blount Operations Training & Development programs across single and multi ‑ unit environments. This role supports long ‑ term employee development, ensures compliance with corporate requirements, and maximizes employee potential. In the event of an absence, this position will be filled by trained personnel. Shift: 1st Shift - but flexibility across all shift is required. Duties/Responsibilities • Oversee Training and Development programs to ensure consistent and successful execution across all shifts. • Develop, implement, and audit designated programs and personnel, ensuring optimal program execution and establishing ROI metrics. • Partner with the Sr. Manager – Corporate Training & Development to design consistent programs across all locations. • Support counter associates, subordinates, and program owners across all shifts to achieve departmental and corporate goals. • Lead Training & Development initiatives within the manufacturing environment, continuously mentoring and developing employees. • Work with Shift Managers to i...
