We are looking for a Onsite Healthcare Service Representative in Boston, MA, who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, learns quickly, and can work independently while supporting our healthcare customer. You’ll work closely with clinical, technical, and operational staff at a major healthcare facility, so professionalism, empathy, and clear communication are essential. You must be comfortable supporting a wide range of stakeholders, including nursing, IT, operations, marketing, patients, and caregivers.
