Your Tasks: The purpose of this role is to provide sales, customer service and commercial administrative support to the Business Development (BD) team. The Sales & Service Coordinator owns day-to-day order management, supply chain coordination, CRM and pipeline maintenance, and acts as the operational link between BD, finance, operations and factory teams. Order Management and Client Coordination: - Process, track and report on customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. - Act as first point of contact for routine client queries relating to small orders, delivery schedules and basic commercial matters. - Maintain professional written and verbal communication with clients on behalf of the BD team. - Support client meetings as required, taking actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
