About the Role: We are seeking Female Disability Support Workers who are fluent in Vietnamese and English to support two female clients based in Edensor Park, NSW. In this role, you will provide support to clients with high needs and complex behaviors, promoting independence, wellbeing, and dignity in daily living. You’ll work closely with: Both clients display a variety of behavioral challenges, including absconding, non-compliance, and verbal aggression, and require personal care assistance, including support for incontinence.
