SUMMARY: As a Central Processor, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You'll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction. OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: - Manage and respond to emails throughout the day - Answer and handle incoming phone calls - Run multiple reports as needed - Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders Create detailed work orders, including: - Entering material and labor line items - Typing out precise installation instructions - Perform regular follow-ups with customers and team members - Maintain accurate records and databases SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: - Typing speed of at least 40 WPM - Excellent communication and interperso...
