We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Abilities Management to join our team and play a vital role in helping employees navigate illness, injury, and return-to-work planning. As a Coordinator, Abilities Management, you will support employees, leaders, and union partners by administering sick leave and stay-onboard programs, and by coordinating straightforward case management for short-term illness. You will play a hands-on role in guiding employees through their recovery journey—helping them access early interventions, stay connected to their workplace, and return to work safely and successfully.
