Description: - Serve as a Second in Command (SIC) providing right-seat support for clients attending FAA‑approved 14 CFR 142 training programs at CAE facilities. - Support training for Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 simulator programs, including FAA Part 135 and Part 91 operations, EASA, and other National Aviation Authorities (NAAs). - Deliver simulator seat support to clients with varied experience levels and training objectives. - Maintain proficiency as a qualified crew member, even without holding an aircraft type rating. - Provide seat support for simulator evaluation events conducted by CAE or governing aviation authorities. - Contribute to a high-quality, customer-focused training environment emphasizing Crew Resource Management (CRM). - Commit to scheduled training sessions and on-call assignments based on availability.
