Job description

Responsible for the training, supervision, and direction of Beverage staff to achieve customer satisfaction and quality services while meeting/exceeding financial goals. - Individual must be a self-starter and finisher on assigned and independent projects. - Daily monitoring of budgets & labor controls. - Daily direction of Beverage team to achieve financial and service goals. - Proactively investigate opportunities to improve service levels and departmental performance. - Insure the Beverage operation’s compliance with Scioto Downs policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), health and safety regulations including OSHA. - Conduct ongoing training of existing F&B employees and the training of new employees. - Beverage Supervisor will work closely with and under the direction of the Beverage Manager/Asst Mgr to ensure proper communication between Beverage department and others. - Will possess the ability to communicate both verbally and through written documents to staff, managers and executive management. - Will have the ability to recognize operational needs and analyze and facilitate the changes required in a fast paced high volume environment. - Responsible for su...
