Recreation Director Papillion, NE At Hillcrest Health and Living, we believe life should be full of purpose, connection, and joy at every age. We’re looking for a Recreation Director who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and building engaging programs that enhance the lives of our residents. What You’ll Do: - Plan, coordinate, and lead a comprehensive recreation and life enrichment program for residents - Develop activities that support physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual well-being - Create monthly activity calendars and special events tailored to resident interests - Encourage resident participation and foster a sense of community and belonging - Coordinate outings, celebrations, and intergenerational or community-based activities - Supervise, train, and support recreation team members and volunteers - Collaborate with nursing, dining, and leadership teams to ensure holistic resident care - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company standards What We’re Looking For: - Experience in recreation, activities, life enrichment, or a related field (senior living experience preferred) - Strong creativity, organization,...
