Description Salary Range $150,000 - $175,000 per year; Offer Dependent on Experience Reporting to the CEO, the Associate Dean of Academic & Student Affairs provides leadership to all academic and student services areas and reflects the mission, vision, and charter of the institution. The Associate Dean of Academic & Student Affairs oversees instructional departments, advising, learning resources, financial aid, recruitment, admissions, and other units assigned by the CCASU CEO. The Associate Dean of Academic & Student Affairs is responsible for student learning, student success, quality of instruction, data-informed decision making, and the pursuit of academic excellence and integrity at CCASU. The Associate Dean of Academic & Student Affairs is an advocate for all academic programs and student services, providing leadership to faculty and staff to ensure consistent quality standards in curriculum and programs that meet the needs of students.
