Job description

The Senior Paralegal reports directly to an Associate General Counsel or Assistant General Counsel. The Senior Paralegal will have exceptional knowledge and notable experience in the following areas of law: litigation, personal injury, real estate, and commercial transactions. In addition, the Senior Paralegal will materially support additional attorneys practicing in different substantive areas of the law wherein the Senior Paralegal’s skillsets and experience will be an asset to the fast paced, deadline driven, multi-faceted environment of the Legal Department. Knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising law, including FTC regulations, considered a plus. The Senior Paralegal, under the supervision of the hiring attorney and via their interaction and experience with the work of the multiple attorneys and the other paralegals in the department, will train new paralegals and create processes and protocols which achieve efficiencies for the Legal Department and applicable business units.
