The Role: As People team administrator, your role is to provide high-level administrative support across the full People team in support of the WildLand regions. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of People Team operations, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and priorities with professionalism, discretion, integrity and attention to detail. This is an involved and ever evolving role that requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. You will be a key point of contact both internally and externally, representing the leadership team and the wider organisation with warmth, clarity, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the People team.
