Manager I, Security Engineering - Vulnerability Management

Datadog is seeking an outstanding Security Manager to support the Vulnerability Management program in our growing multi-provider ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and manage our Vulnerability Management Engineering team focused on vulnerability management and mitigation for Datadog's public products. The successful candidate will lead a team of security engineers responsible for triaging, assessing, and addressing security vulnerabilities in Datadog’s products, including the Datadog Agent and trace libraries. This is a highly visible and critical role within our security organization, as these products are integral to the monitoring and observability of our customers' systems. As an Engineering Manager, you will provide leadership and mentorship to your team, ensure a high standard of vulnerability management practices, and work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure the security and integrity of Datadog’s offerings.
